SHIPPING & RETURNS - Delivery & Shipping Policy

For shipping your order, APIVITA in collaboration with UPS has obtained special shipping offers exclusively for its customers. Therefore, your order will be delivered with UPS Express Saver Service within 2-7 business days upon shipment. Orders are shipped every Thursday, if placed by Wednesday 11:59 PM EST.

Shipping Information:

  • • Orders designated to the United States, are shipped every Thursday.
  • • Orders placed between Thursday 12:00 AM EST to Wednesday 11:59 PM EST, will be processed and shipped next Thursday.
  • • After shipment, orders are usually delivered within 2-7 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
  • • Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or local holidays.
  • • Estimate delivery date will be provided once you add your postal code during checkout.
SHIPPING & RETURNS - Shipping Options

Deliveries to private residences or offices: Deliveries are made during business hours. Thus, to facilitate delivery, please use your work address or any other address where there might be someone to receive the package.
Deliveries to UPS Access Points: You may also pick up your order from a UPS Access Point location chosen by you and at a time that fits your daily routine. Locations include newsagents, petrol stations and convenient stores. You may choose a place convenient for you during checkout. UPS Access Points offer a broad range of opening hours (e.g. early in the morning, late in the evening, during the weekend). Delivery to a UPS Access Point usually arrives within 2-7 business days from the shipped date, and you will receive a notification when your package arrives and is ready to collect.
Shipments to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses: We are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO / FPO addresses at this time.

SHIPPING & RETURNS - Shipping to Other Countries

Orders placed at www.apivita.com/usa will be delivered within USA.

If you are from the United Kingdom, Spain, Rest of Europe or Australia, please check the selection list on the right bottom of each page to switch region.

SHIPPING & RETURNS - Returns & Exchanges

The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.apivita.com/usa.

You may wish to return your order (in part of whole) within 14 days from shipping without needing to provide any justification. In this case you shall be reimbursed in the same way as you paid for your order.

Any products for return shall be shipped to the following address: DIANOMI S.A., Agias Sofias - Thesis Dyo Pefka, 19300 Aspropyrgos Attikis, Greece.

All items should be returned in their original packaging and unused. The boxes should be kept intact, as they are considered part of the product.

Before scheduling a return, please contact as at info@apivita.com to give you return instructions and provide you with a return label and customs documents.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS, by choosing one of the following options:

  • • Schedule a UPS pickup: https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule
  • • Drop your package at a UPS Access Point: https://www.ups.com/dropoff
  • • Hand over the package to a UPS driver

We're sorry, your original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us at info@apivita.com or call +30 210 2856350. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier and return to us if requested. Items will be considered in good condition and sales final if not notified within the period noted above.
