SHOPPING ONLINE - Searching for products

To find your favorite APIVITA product or view the full range of APIVITA products, use the following searching functionalities:

  • Search by keywords: Type a product name, ingredient, or category in the Search box at the upper right of any page of to get a list of products that match your search. Each product is listed with a picture, price, and other details. Search tips: If you're not getting the search results you expected, please check the spelling of the item. Or type multiple words to focus your search. For example, to search for a lotion that contains propolis, type "lotion propolis" in the Search box.
  • Search by product category: Search step-by-step and find the products you prefer selecting the product category of your interest at the top of any page. Each product category contains a number of sub-categories to refine the category content. The sub-categories are displayed on the left-hand side.
  • Search by concern: Find products appropriate for your special needs and concerns by selecting the appropriate sub-category on the left-hand side under product categories.
  • Search by ingredient: Visit Our Ingredients section at the top of any page of to learn about the ingredients used to create APIVITA products including uses, mythology and origins. Ingredients are listed in alphabetical order, and products that include the selected ingredient are displayed.

Welcome to APIVITA Online. Shopping is easy, convenient and secure. Simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the instructions below:

  • Step One: Select the desired quantity, size or shade and click “add to bag”.
  • Step Two: When you've completed shopping, click the “Continue Checkout” button, which is found on each page. Then, simply follow the instructions to checkout and complete your order. Please note that you may change the contents or edit the quantities of items in your shopping bag until you click “Submit Order.” After clicking “Submit Order” your order will be processed.
  • Step Three: After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed and your order number will be provided. You will also receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been submitted (please check both junk mail and inbox). If your email confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after you have placed your order, please contact us via email for assistance.

If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to inquire about a previously placed order, please email us. For fastest service, please have your order number available.

Click on “My Cart” on the upper right side of any page of to display a list of items you selected to purchase, the selected quantities of each item, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.

If you wish to delete an item from your Shopping Cart, simply go to “My Cart” and select the “Remove” button. The item will be removed from your shopping cart.

From time to time, we will reward our customers with special promotional offers via email. These offers are available for a limited time only and expire on the date communicated. To redeem promotion codes, simply enter your promotion code in the text box marked “Promotion Code” on the Billing page during the Checkout process. When a promotion code is accepted, it will be displayed on the “Order Review” page.

Please Note: Promotion codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one promotion code may be used per online order.

All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of shipping charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered including GST and shipping charges as set out in the Shipping information section of the Website.

CREDIT CARD: APIVITA accepts Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards. Payment processing is done at the time of checkout through our payments provider, NAB (National Australia Bank). Entering credit card information on this website is secure. All order information is encrypted (using SSL encryption technology) in order to protect credit card information submitted during the checkout process. For security purposes, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment. If your credit card is declined your order cannot be processed and you will see an automatic message on your screen.

PAYPAL: You can also choose to pay by PayPal. If you do so, after completing the checkout process, you will be transferred to PayPal's website to complete the payment process. Please note that if for whatever reason you do not complete the payment process while on Paypal's website, your order will be flagged as unpaid and will be cancelled. You will then need to start a new order and follow the same steps. If you are a registered user, you can login to our website and see your previous orders under account settings. You can then choose to place the last order again (saves you the time of adding products in your cart).

MONEY TRANSFER & CHEQUE: You can choose to pay by EFT (Money transfer) or send us a cheque. If you choose EFT, our bank account details will be available on your confirmation email. Please use your order number as reference when you do the transfer. Your products will be dispatched when payment is received. If you choose to send a cheque, our postal address will be shown on your confirmation email. Please make cheques payable to APIVITA or PURE ELYSIUM PTY LTD and include a note with your order number so we can allocate the funds. Your products will be disptached only after funds represented by the cheque are cleared. Please note that this process can take up to 10 business days (from the date of posting the cheque to us).

At APIVITA Online, we understand how important security is to you. Therefore, all orders placed on are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - Shipping charges and options

Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days after submission and will be shipped by Australia Post eParcel Service to the shipping address you have indicated when submitting your order. Flat rates apply to all orders. Standard Parcel Post is $7 and Express Post is $10. Orders to New Zealand are shipped via Standard Air Mail and cost is calculated at the time of check out, according to total order weight.

Shipping times are according to Australia Post network delivery timeframes, please see here. We dispatch from Fitzroy, VIC 3065.

Indicative delivery timeframes:

Standard Post: To Melbourne metro: 1-2 days, to Sydney/Adelaide metro 2-3 days, to Brisbane metro 3-4 days, to Perth metro 5-6 days

Express Post: To Melbourne metro: next day, to Sydney/Adelaide metro 1-2, to Brisbane metro 1-2 days, to Perth metro 2 days

All orders are processed, delivered and shipped on business days only (i.e. Monday to Friday). Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays (including metro Melbourne public holidays) will be processed the following 1 -2 work days. Please note that we can only ship within Australia or to New Zealand. Please refer to the Store Locator to find where APIVITA products are sold worldwide or select a different region at the top left of this screen.

Shipping is free for all orders over $100 within Australia (not New Zealand).
Free shipping option will appear at the time of checkout, after you enter your shipping address, provided that the subtotal value of products in your shopping cart is $100 or more.
Offer is valid for Australian locations only and Standard Postage will be used. You can also select Express Post but this is not a free option and will be charged according to our flat rates.
Some items (such as reduced priced promo packs) may not be eligible to be included in the subtotal.
Ongoing offers are subject to change without notice.

After your order has been submitted, an order confirmation page will be displayed on your screen, providing you with your invoice number. You will then receive an APIVITA order confirmation by email with details of your purchase.

To track your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
This tracking number can also be accessed via the Order History section for APIVITA Online registered members.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - Returns & exchanges

We check for any defects or for bad quality of products provided to our customers. All products are carefully packed and dispatched in excellent condition. However, if your order contains a damaged item you may return the product free of charge (excluding shipping charges) and we will make all possible efforts to replace it or else will reimburse you. Should your order be missing an item, please email us at and provide us with your invoice number so that we may rectify the problem.

You may also wish to return your order (in part or whole) within 14 days from shipping without needing to provide any justification. In this case you shall be reimbursed in the same way as you paid for your order. RETURNS ARE FREE OF CHARGE. Any products for return shall be shipped to the following address PURE ELYSIUM PTY LTD, PO BOX 730, NORTHCOTE VIC 3070, AUSTRALIA accompanied by the relevant return labels, provided that the items returned are in their initial packaging, seals intact and in saleable condition.

To register and create an account with APIVITA Online, click here and fill in the required fields with your personal information. All of the personal information you provide will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In case you have forgotten your username or password, please do the following steps:

  1. Click on “Login
  2. Click on “Forgot your password/ username”
  3. Enter your email address (the one you used for your registration) and click on “Continue”
  4. Please check your email and follow the link to create a new password.
  5. You will receive an email from APIVITA Online entitled “reset your password” which will show you your username.
  6. Click on the link in the email.
  7. Enter your new password.
  8. Click on “Continue”
  9. You will see the on-screen message: “!! Your account has been modified!!”
  10. Click “Login here”
  11. Complete the login page by entering your username and reset password.

Update your account information
Click on My Account after having logged in.

You may view your order history by signing into My Account and selecting Order History from the left hand selection bar.

Re-order from previous purchases

If you no longer wish to receive emails from APIVITA Online, you may edit your profile under My Account or simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email we have sent you.
