DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be delivered at APIVITA’s premises (Agias Sofias Str., Thesi 2 Peuka, 19300 Aspropyrgos, Greece) within a short period of time following your order (depending on the Shipping Policy you have chosen) and will be shipped by UPS upon your request to the shipping address you have indicated when submitting your order. For shipping your order, APIVITA has in collaboration with UPS obtained special shipping offers exclusively for its customers. Therefore, your order will be shipped with UPS Express Saver within 3 business days if placed by 10:00 am CET +2.

All orders are processed, delivered and shipped on business days only (i.e. Monday to Friday). Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following workday. Shipping charges are born by the client and appear during checkout. Those vary depending on the order amount, the shipping option chosen and the desired shipping address. Shipping prices are as follow:

RETURN POLICY
We check for any defects or for bad quality of products provided to our customers. All products are carefully packed and dispatched in excellent condition. However, if your order contains a damaged item you may return the product free of charge (excluding shipping charges) and we will make all possible efforts to replace it or else will reimburse you. Should your order be missing an item, please email us at info@apivita.com and provide us with your invoice number so that we may rectify the problem.

You may also wish to return your order (in part of whole) within 14 days from shipping without needing to provide any justification. In this case you shall be reimbursed in the same way as you paid for your order and shall only pay for shipping costs of returned products. Any products for return shall be shipped to the following address APIVITA 3, Koletti Street, 14452 Athens, Greece, accompanied by the relevant return form, provided that the items returned are in their initial packaging.
